Once we have made an investment, we do everything possible to help ensure the success of each portfolio company as we have an “invested” interest to do so.
$500,000+ EBIDTA
Our investments are typically structured as equity or mezzanine debt with warrant options for minority equity participations, flexible amortization schedules, and flexible repayment terms. We consider a company’s individual needs to tailor alternative capital structures, which may include equity in the form of preferred or common stock, success fees, royalties, or a combination thereof.
Investment size from $1 to $5 Million
Larger equity needs, in excess of our investment limit, can be addressed through our ability to originate and participate in syndications with other venture investors. Our established network of regional and national private equity firms, senior lenders and investment bankers provides us with the ability to structure financing packages well in excess of our investment limit.
Experienced Management
We seek to invest in companies with experienced, committed management teams and an exciting or unique market opportunity which offers excellent growth potential.
Based in the Midwest
